Regional Sales Manager – Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow the Cornerstone OnDemand customer base and drive sales of our learning, performance, and talent management software products and services in the assigned territory. The role is based in Sydney and offers a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
* Develop sales strategy and territory plan.
* Prospect target customers and qualify opportunities.
* Align solutions to client needs, goals, and objectives.
* Collaborate with marketing to establish Cornerstone presence in the territory.
* Manage sales cycles, pipeline, and forecast accurately.
* Build strong internal and external relationships.
* Consistently meet or exceed established quotas.
* Provide client care before, during, and after partnership establishment.
* Work with the APJ Consulting team to ensure successful implementation for customers.
* Collaborate across resources to win opportunities.
* Competitively dominate the market within the territory.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years software sales experience in Human Capital Management, Learning Management Systems, Talent Management, or HR software.
* Proven track record translating product functionality into client value.
* Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision.
* Ability to evangelise new approaches within large target organizations.
* Excellent communication, presentation, time‐management, negotiation, and creative problem‐solving skills.
* Consistent over‐achievement of quota and revenue goals.
* Experience in solution selling.
* Proficiency with a CRM or contact management system.
* Passion for winning, persistence, and determination.
