About the Role
We’re recruiting Motor Claims Consultants to join a leading insurance provider.
You’ll guide customers through the full lifecycle of their motor insurance claim, providing empathetic support, clear information and timely updates. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping people and working in a structured environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day customer enquiries and lodge new motor claims
Provide explicit guidance and next steps to customers throughout their claim
Process and assess claims in line with procedures and policy guidelines
Maintain accurate claim records and update reserves as required
Communicate with repairers, service providers and internal stakeholders
Identify potential fraud and escalate appropriately
Resolve customer issues or complaints within required timeframes
Meet agreed KPIs, quality measures and productivity targets
What We’re Looking For
Strong claims experience. We need a minimum of 6 months claims experience
Confident communicator with great listening skills
Ability to work in rapid-paced, KPI-focused environments
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Computer-literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems
