What's the role?

The Supervising Producer oversees the end-to-end execution of two flagship podcast series. This role acts as the central production lead, managing the workflow between talent, editorial, and technical teams to ensure all content meets brand standards and delivery deadlines.

This is a full-time position offered as a 12 Month Max Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Production Oversight: Lead the weekly production cycle from guest sourcing to final distribution. Manage all scheduling, studio logistics, and team communications to ensure all milestones are hit.

* Recording & Direction: Direct recording sessions to ensure high-quality output. Manage real-time needs like fact-checking and pickups, followed by immediate post-record file management and transcription.

* Content & Editorial: Execute audio edits and provide creative direction (paper edits) for social video cuts. Write SEO-optimised metadata, show notes, and editorial pitches for network-wide promotion.

* Distribution & Analytics: Oversee multi-platform scheduling and publishing, track and report weekly performance metrics across all channels to key stakeholders.

* Strategic Management: Run weekly production meetings, manage recording budgets, and remain reactive to breaking news by pivoting guest strategy and schedules as needed.

Who are you?

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in audio editing software is a must. Video desirable (e.g., Adobe Audition, Premiere, Descript) and podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Omny).

* Experience: Proven track record in high-volume podcast production, editorial writing, and talent management.

* Attributes: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines for multiple shows while maintaining host and stakeholder relationships.
