About Us
Sacred Heart Primary School Yeppoon has a clear Catholic identity with regular prayer and liturgical celebrations as well as the teaching of Religious Education. Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is extensively resourced with a court-size covered area, full size oval, modern play equipment, a performing arts area and a sacred site and labyrinth. The library is well resourced and ICTs are integrated across all learning areas. The school is located close to the Sacred Heart Church and Lammermoor Beach.
Your Role
Applications are invited for the position of Crossing Supervisor, for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant. This is a term-time continuing position for 2.5hpw, Monday to Friday from 2:50pm to 3:20pm.
Typical Duties Include
Practice confidentiality in relation to all aspects of the role Assist pedestrians to cross roads at approved crossings when going to and from school Monitor and report serious incidents at approved school crossings Provide advice to pedestrians on road safety rules and regulations pertaining to school crossings Carry out duties within the parameters of Workplace Health & Safety

The successful applicant will have relevant experience and an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills and well developed interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirements
