The Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Compliance and Regulatory Affairs (Group) to join our Group Compliance team at Crown Melbourne. This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role that supports the development and maintenance of Crown's compliance frameworks, tools, and reporting systems across all properties.
You'll work closely with the Group General Manager – Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to deliver meaningful insights, build tools that bring compliance to life, and support continuous monitoring and oversight initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing practical solutions and using data to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and maintenance of Crown's Group Compliance Framework, policies and systems
* Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that highlight compliance performance and guide strategic focus
* Assist in the administration of compliance platforms (e.g., Archer GRC) and contribute to the development of new tools and solutions
* Create user-friendly forms and reporting mechanisms (e.g., Microsoft Forms) to enhance engagement and visibility of compliance activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders across properties to support monitoring, oversight and governance activities
* Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership and Board Committees
* Support other Team Members with administrative tasks managed through our various systems and platforms.
About You
* Experience working with compliance or risk frameworks in a regulated environment is highly preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and refine reporting tools and dashboards
* Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Microsoft Forms, Power BI); experience with Archer GRC or similar platforms is highly regarded
* A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams
* Passion for continuous improvement and developing practical, user-friendly solutions
* Relevant qualifications in Business, Law, IT, or a related discipline
