Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer experience ambassador to join our team.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 4 days (32 hours) per week, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the appointment schedule for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for clients
* Greet clients at the clinic and update client records
* Assist with client and doctor enquiries
* Answer clinic phone calls and emails
* Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
* Accurate billing of appointments
* General office duties
Key Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
* Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
* Demonstrated judgement and administrative skills
* Excellent computer skills
