As an Advanced Electromagnetic Studies Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting advanced EMI and EMT studies, including Earth Potential Rise, Low Frequency Induction, Lightning, EMF, EMC, Insulation Coordination, and Transformer Inrushs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage small teams to deliver quality project outcomes.
* Provide technical expertise for bid preparation and business development.
* Mentor and develop engineers to expand our services.
* Foster positive client relationships and represent us at thought leadership events.

Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering.
* A variety of sector exposure from areas such as Substations, Transmission, Infrastructure Power including Rail, Water, Mining, Airports, and Industrial services.
* Proficiency in industry standard software tools such as CDEGS and PSCAD.
* Capable technical report writing skills and ability to present to various internal/external stakeholders.
* Commitment to quality assurance and risk mitigation.
