Key Responsibilities
* Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in line with safety standards
* Inspect scaffolding for compliance and safety
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
* Work to our Golden Standard Culture (Accountability, Responsibility, Sustainability & Integrity)
* Follow all company and industry safety regulations
Essential Requirements
* Intermediate scaffolding ticket is an advantage
* Current Driver’s Licence
* Working at Heights (within last 2 years)
* Confined Spaces (within last 2 years)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Clean work and safety record
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including breakdowns and call outs

* Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking
* Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead or work in a team
* Enjoys variety and working in different environments
* Ability to work in a team environment alongside other trades
