Role Overview
This role is for a clinical psychologist who loves to lead. We are looking for a senior clinical psychologist who doesn't just offer fantastic therapy, but loves to make everyone around them better. They will mentor, model, bring energy to a team meeting, and help build a practice culture people genuinely want to be part of.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain your own client caseload (~4 sessions/day) across presentations that match your areas of expertise.
* Provide regular individual and group supervision to provisional psychologists and clinical registrars, and other team members as required.
* Lead professional development across the team, facilitating case discussions, skill‐building, and in‐house learning.
* Develop and source clinical resources such as assessment tools, treatment frameworks, and psychoeducation materials.
* Contribute to service innovation such as group programmes, new offerings, and creative approaches to care.
* Be a consistent, energising presence that holds the team together through a period of exciting growth.

* Board Approved Supervisor status for Clinical Registrars.

Compensation & Benefits
* $167,000 base + 12% super + potential to earn a performance bonus each quarter.
* $2,000 relocation assistance for interstate candidates.
