Demonstrated experience and performance:
- You will have a minimum of 2+ year's experience with managing a successful retail fashion store or you are currently a senior sales associate / assistant store manager with 5+ year's experience in fashion retail sales who is ready to step up to a manager's role.
- You will provide outstanding customer service, build and maintain strong client relationships and drive sales.
- In addition to in store sales and supervisor responsibilities, this role offers an opportunity to grow with the business and contribute to developing directional marketing and branding strategies encompassing event organisation and visual merchandising.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience in managing budgets, reporting and stock inventory control (past use of retail POS inventory apps advantageous)
- Experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong visual merchandising ability able to create innovative store presentation solutions

- Contribute to marketing strategies including but not limited to the creation of promotional events and activities
- Use your creative flair and eye for detail to provide a richly creative environment that reflects the uniqueness of the designs within the space and encourages our customer to engage with our products
