About the role

The Senior Coordinator Asset Content is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Destination NSW Content Library, our digital asset management (DAM) platform. As the manager of this system within the Content Creative & Distribution Team, you will oversee the organisation, categorisation and governance of visual assets, ensuring they are accurate, accessible and compliant with licensing, copyright and intellectual property requirements. The Senior Coordinator Asset Content also provides a key service to internal and external stakeholders by responding to content requests and advising on suitable images and video for different formats and channels. You will troubleshoot system issues, work with external providers to improve usability, and monitor new technologies to strengthen asset management practices. The role includes editing and uploading visual content, curating collections, managing usage reporting, supporting photography requirements, and coordinating the calendar and reporting for the EDM.
