Working with our growing Northern Territory division you will be working within our collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive commercial reviews of Head contracts and Agreements
* Negotiate contract departures for Head Contract and Subcontract agreements
* Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
* Liaise with internal DDR team and external stakeholders
* Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client
* Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
* Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
* Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
* Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
About You
* An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements
* Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control
* Analytical skills and high attention to detail
* An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contract agreements and able to negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management, Project Management)
* Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
* Written and oral communication skills with an ability to present information to a range of audiences
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
