About the role;
We are looking for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our Aged Care Team. This is an exciting full-time role for a passionate, enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for the allocation and management of our casual workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop rosters to achieve efficiency and maximise the use of workforce resources
First point of contact for our Candidates/Clients rostering requirements
Daily communication with clients, candidates, and key stakeholders
Utilise current systems and reporting to assist identifying future workforce requirements
Reallocate work to fulfil prioritised visits and meet consumer expectations
Payroll responsibilities for the casual workforce
Coordinate, manage and resolve enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable with managing customer expectations and be confident speaking with individuals from all walks of life, demographics, and backgrounds. With a keen eye for detail, the successful candidate will be able to identify errors and work across multiple platforms
You will also have;
6 months previous experience rostering
Experience with rostering using a rostering software
Experience within the Aged Care, NDIS industries would be highly advantageous
Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
