About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our community services hub.
This role involves a wide range of duties including:
* Providing professional front office phone and face-to-face reception and administration services
* Welcoming clients, staff, visitors, and the general public
* Making travel, vehicle, room, and accommodation bookings
* Creating purchase orders and preparing invoices
* Providing information and managing queries
* Coordinating use and maintenance of facilities
This position will also provide additional coverage and reception assistance to backfill other reception staff leave and training requirements where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and administer front office operations
- Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks including travel and facility bookings
- Assist with purchase order creation and invoice preparation
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry duties as required
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and the general public
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and support organisational goals
