Project Manager - Wollongong Role at Delivering 4 Customers (D4C)
Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium of industry-leading Tier 1 organizations John Holland, Service Stream, and WSP. Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services across their southern region from Bondi to Gerringong and out to Georges River.
D4C seeks a Project Manager to join our dynamic diverse and high-performing team during an exciting growth phase. Your skills and expertise will help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion program over the next 10 years to build maintain and protect our iconic water resources.
Primary Purpose
D4C seeks a Project Manager to deliver excellence in the wastewater program across the southern region.
Key Accountabilities
1. Manage the overall delivery of the project in accordance with NEC4 processes.
2. Assign resources to deliver the works within budget time quality and regulatory standards monitor and guide workflow set daily weekly and long-term project goals.
3. Provide constructability input to the design.
4. Review progress against plans contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
5. Ensure strong contract commercial and financial risk management with accurate forecasting of costs and revenue.
6. Monitor staff and labor resourcing to ensure project targets are achieved.
7. Perform duties in accordance with Sydney Water policies processes systems reporting and procedures.
8. Perform internal cost tracking and external cost reporting per client requirements.
9. Identify and manage project changes.
10. Contribute to and foster a strong safety culture.
Essential Requirements
1. An engineering degree or equivalent a project management diploma or master's degree is highly desirable.
2. Recent experience managing medium to large projects.
3. Leadership in health safety and environmental management.
4. Advanced financial and commercial management skills including cost reduction and budget management.
5. Client relationship stakeholder management and business development experience.
6. Proficiency with MS Office.
7. White Card.
