The Position:
In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will be working on maintained portfolio and below duties:
* Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding the day-to-day management of their investment
* Relationship management
* Rental reviews
* Managing Tenancy Arrears
* QCAT Hearings
* Repairs and maintenance
* Compliance
* Achieving set KPI's and reporting to your Department Manager
The Person:
The candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:
* A background in Property Management
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Ability to work autonomously once trained up!
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
* A great attitude and a love for property
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
