Dental Members Australia is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our established team in Fremantle, Perth WA.
Dental Members Australia is a privately owned group of practices across QLD, SA, WA, NSW and VIC. We are Australian owned and operated with 26 practices in our group.
Our Fremantly location is a new facility that will attend to patients for all general treatments, implants, surgical procedures and sedation. As the practice manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, team building and management and patient care.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the dental practice
* Supervise and support the practice staff, including dental assistants, receptionists and dentists
* Identify opportunities and implement policies and procedures with continuous improvement mindset
* Manage financial operations, including invoicing, payroll and reporting
* Reporting
* Coordinate complex and interesting patient treatment with specialists and anaesthetists within our team
* Liaise with suppliers, vendors and the dental community to maintain strong relationships
* Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
* Rostering for 3 surgeries and reception. Monday - Friday 8 - 5pm
What we're looking for
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a private dental practice management role
* Strong understanding of dental practice operations and the ability to effectively manage all administrative functions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team
* Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant IT systems
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience
* Relevant qualifications in practice management would be highly regarded
* Proven ability to build and sustain a high performing team of dentists and support staff.
