Requirements
* Proven experience in leading teams of 30+ staff members in retail or big box environments.
* Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective service and operations management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
* Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards.
* Solid computer and system skills with proficiency in relevant software applications.
* First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
* Full-time availability including weekends and public holidays.
