Job Overview
The primary objective of this position is to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and referral sources, thereby generating leads for new prospects across all business channels.
* Generate and convert leads through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
* Maintain and build strong relationships with existing participants, support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health professionals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS sector.
This role will serve as the initial point of contact for all referrals and leads from sales and marketing programs. The officer will collaborate with client service managers to assess suitability and manage prospects through to the intake stage.
