What are my accountabilities?
Conduct needs assessment, due diligence, onboarding and provide training for new suppliers.
Conduct and improve performance-management processes to monitor suppliers and services, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators, standards and regulations.
Monitor and maintain portfolio service delivery, including time, cost, quality and customer-service metrics.
Maintain supplier information records and databases.
Manage agreements and relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of products and services that meet client and internal requirements.
Improve and maintain supply agreement(s) and tender documentation.
Improve and manage tender processes to protect the business's interests and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage and maintain good supplier-customer relationships through resolution of contractual and supplier/customer disputes.
About You
Knowledge of property claims – Building, Contents, Landlord, Strata and Commercial.
Knowledge of the insurance industry (claims lifecycle) including the legislative framework, applicable codes and products.
Well-developed, demonstrable analytical, relationship-management and communication skills.
