ABOUT THE ROLE They are seeking a Head of Technology Transformation to lead and implement key technology initiatives, starting with the rollout of Microsoft D365 ERP. This is a senior leadership role where you will drive impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and position the business for sustained growth and success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ERP Implementation & Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft D365, ensuring seamless alignment with business requirements, strategic goals, and timelines, while maintaining strict adherence to budget. Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership: Establish strong, productive relationships with key business units, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and effective adoption of new technologies across the organisation. Strategic Technology Projects: Drive the strategic direction of future technology transformation initiatives post-ERP. Project Governance & Risk Management: Ensure robust project governance frameworks are in place, developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans. Process Optimisation: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements through technology. Training & Development: Oversee the design and delivery of training programs that ensure end-users are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for optimal system usage. KEY REQUIREMENTS Strong experience in ERP Implementations, proven track record in leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft D365, with a deep understanding of enterprise-wide systems and their impact on business operations. Leadership in Digital Transformation, background in managing complex digital transformation projects, driving innovation, and optimising business systems to improve efficiency and performance. Project Management Expertise, expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
