About The Role
At Repco, we aim to ensure each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
This role requires availability for weekend shifts, with penalties applying.
As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), your key responsibilities include:
* Prioritizing safety for yourself, teammates, and customers
* Providing genuine service and creating memorable moments for customers
* Contributing to positive sales performance through excellent customer service
* Maintaining high standards of showroom presentation and merchandising
* Processing stock, including receiving, dispatching, and storing
* Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture
Note: The role involves lifting, bending, and climbing.
