What You'll Do:
Oversee cost accounting for manufacturing operations and supply chain, ensuring accurate tracking of production costs, inventory and material usage
Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Monitor and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations and internal controls
Work closely with production and supply chain teams to streamline operations and reduce waste
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
3+ years of experience in Australian manufacturing
Strengths in cost accounting, ideally in food, petfood or beverage manufacturing
Power BI and advanced Excel skills – and a love of meaningful data analysis
Strong knowledge of ERP systems
Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying cost-saving opportunities
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
