As part of the IT Infrastructure team, your expertise in engineering and analysis is critical to the success of modernising and the continual improvement of the IT Infrastructure landscape by:Conduct systems analysis across people, process & technology to identify, design and implement solutionsOwn and be the hands-on technical lead IT on infrastructure improvement projectsDesign, document, configure, test, and implement on-premise and cloud infrastructure projectsEnsure operational processes are documented for handover to support post projectWork closely with other IT teams locally and internationallyto deliver critical business and IT outcomesDevelopand maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical diagrams, configuration and as-built documents,KB articlesand procedural guides etcAs these projects impact systems and stakeholders across the world, a consulting mindset and strong oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance, as is the ability to get "hands-on technically" and be a team player.
