About the Role

We're on the hunt for a proactive and personable Account Manager to join our growing team. In this client‐facing role, you'll be the key link between High Noon and our valued customers, ensuring smooth project delivery from initial enquiry through to execution and post‐event follow‐up.

You'll work closely with our production and operations teams to help scope, quote, coordinate, and oversee a wide range of live events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for live events and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Manage and nurture long‐term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Prepare quotes, proposals and event briefs in collaboration with internal teams
• Coordinate event logistics, equipment, and staffing in line with client requirements
• Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal departments
• Attend events where required to ensure client satisfaction and event success
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve service offerings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in our project management system

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in account management, event coordination or production management (ideally within events, entertainment or AV/production industries)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and time‐management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
• Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with quoting or scheduling software

Essential Requirements

• The right to work in Australia
• A current manual driver's licence (truck licence highly regarded)
• Availability to occasionally work outside standard business hours when required

Compensation

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
