We provide free Medicare Mental Health Services to support better mental health and social wellbeing across the country. Our service is tailored to the needs of the community in Tasmania and provides a combination of peer-led recovery and clinical support.
About the Role
This opportunity is based in Burnie, TAS and offers excellent benefits including a base salary plus super, meals and entertainment allowance, leave loading, and rewards.
You will be the central point of communication, providing superior administrative support to people 18+, and supporting clinical and management staff.
* Taking incoming calls and directing the caller to the appropriate member of staff
* Appointment scheduling and maintenance of clients
* General Office duties including opening and distribution of mail, typing, scanning, filing and archiving
* Assisting in the closing and securing of the building at the end of the day
* General housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and clients
About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent administration, time management, and organisational skills, with attention to detail. You will have well-developed customer service skills and knowledge of the mental health sector.
You will be able to liaise with people from all backgrounds, government organisations, and community groups. You must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Working With Children Check and willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance.
