About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to provide vital administrative support to two solicitors across a broad range of practice areas.
Reporting directly to the two Partners, your responsibilities will include: Liaising with clients, courts and external parties Preparing and collating documents for court proceedings Drafting standard documents and maintaining matter files Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact Managing accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and online banking About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Excellent attention to detail and time management A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate (desirable) A friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality Strong skills in Microsoft Office (LEAP and PEXA experience desirable) At least 3 years' experience as a legal secretary, assistant, or paralegal What's In It For You?
