As a Teacher Aide, you will work within an energetic and dedicated team, supporting teachers in the preparation and delivery of engaging learning programs. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy Junior School environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a genuine commitment to the values and aims of the School, along with the ability to:
* Assist in the implementation of current work programs in the classroom and willingness to participate in review and improvement of current programs.
* Develop effective working relationships and rapport with students.
* Develop confidence and self-esteem in students and to act as a role model in presentation, action, and communication.
* Use a wide range of strategies to cater for diverse student needs and to effectively monitor student progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and to communicate effectively with students, parents, and all school personnel.
* Work in Australia with Tertiary qualifications at certificate level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the position may be required or such knowledge, qualifications and experience that are deemed by the School as necessary to successfully carry out the duties of the position.
