Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our team in Ashfield, NSW. This is a full-time position that offers a great opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
* Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the company's client base
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets
* Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
* Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
* Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and achieve company goals
* Stay updated on company products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
