The Role This is a 12 month contract for an experienced Financial Accountant supporting the organisation across their tax compliance and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and lodge BAS on a monthly and quarterly basis Assist with income tax calculations and year-end tax returns Complete Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) return Support year-end accounting processes in line with tax requirements Review compliance work and provide accounting advice to the wider organisation Support the preparation of annual and half-year statutory reports Ensure accuracy and compliance across all reporting requirements Support ad hoc accounting and financial projects as required About You CA/CPA qualified with relevant experience in tax and financial accounting Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards Previous exposure to large corporate or property environments desirable Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to manage competing deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills The Opportunity 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading property group Exposure to both tax compliance and financial accounting Supportive, collaborative team culture Apply now or contact Emma Taylor on etaylor@fourquarters.com.au or 0477 268 177 for more information.
