This is a rewarding, trusted role for someone who enjoys variety, tackling challenges, solving problems and building relationships at all levels of the organisation and across our sites.
It's a role that recognises experience, leadership and the quiet excellence that outstanding admin professionals bring every day.

* Coordinate site, asset and fleet maintenance and organise solutions to any issues
* Coordinate efficient purchasing of office supplies and services
* Facilitate and support organisational events and bookings
* Follow up remedial actions resulting from Hazard/Incident reports
* Be happy to jump in when the unexpected curveball appears....because in admin, it usually does
We are also recruiting for an Administration Officer (based at a different site) who will report to this role.

You may have relevant qualifications (or working towards) and/or experience in a similar role. You've proven you can successfully lead a small team or could step up and go to the next level in your career.

* Organisation: Manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently, demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail and able to streamline processes
* Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
* Problem solving and decision making: The ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly. Able to handle unexpected issues calmly and confidently and be our go-to problem solver
