Job Title: Shift In-Charge
Are you a seasoned professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Shift In-Charge to oversee and coordinate the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our ammonia plant during assigned shifts.
This is a critical position that requires strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure. As a Shift In-Charge, you will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining plant integrity, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards, and leading shift personnel in accordance with standard operating procedures and organizational policies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or equivalent
* Additional certifications in safety or process operations (preferred)
* 12–16 years of experience in ammonia plant operations (preferably with large-scale or integrated chemical complexes)
* At least 5-7 years in a supervisory or shift leadership role
* Strong knowledge of ammonia production processes (e.g., steam methane/AT reforming, air separation, synthesis loop)
* Familiarity with DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and plant automation tools
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure
* Good understanding of P&IDs, SOPs, Interlock/Logic diagrams, PTW systems, and root cause analysis
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
