We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Support Coordinator.
* The ideal candidate will work closely with the project manager, electrical field team, and subcontractors to maintain schedules, support onboarding, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily scheduling and job creation in Simpro, providing support to field staff, and assisting with onboarding new team members.
* You will also be the first point of contact for clients regarding service jobs, invoicing, and general enquiries.
* Additionally, you will manage inbox and phone enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
About the Role:
* Maintain accurate documentation and data entry across Simpro and CRM systems.
* Support financial administration including processing POs, checking invoices, and preparing weekly reports.
* Contribute to process improvement and help refine workflows across the department.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to field staff, including leave and training updates, and daily calendar management.
* Assist with onboarding new team members and maintain accurate training records.
