Workshop Administrator – FIFO Various Roster Options | Port Hedland ReGroup | Full-Time | Flights Paid from Perth or Local Hire (Port Hedland) | Reporting to Area Maintenance Superintendent
Play a key role in workshop operations on a high-performing mining project in WA's North.
ReGroup is currently seeking an organised and proactive Maintenance Administrator to join our team at the Port Hedland Workshop, supporting both local and remote workshop operations. This site-based role operates has a variety of different FIFO roster from Perth available, with flights paid, and is also open to Port Hedland-based applicants.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide administrative support to the Port Hedland and remote workshops
* Raise and receipt purchase orders; assist workshop leaders as required
* Reconcile invoices and ensure PO compliance for workshop purchases
* Help maintain the fleet service schedule (shared with Transport Administrator)
* Manage general workshop office duties including document control
* Coordinate onboarding for new site-based staff including flights, accommodation, access, and inductions
* Run reports and assist with AMMS audits and compliance tracking
* Support accommodation logistics and room allocations for mechanics
* Assist with the rollout of new systems and process improvements
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a maintenance admin/coordinator role within the mining industry
* Strong commitment to safety and team collaboration
* Excellent attention to detail and admin/record-keeping skills
* Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Confident using systems and reporting tools
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
* Must have a current driver's licence
