* $65,000 base salary + 14% superannuation

The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, reliability, and a strong customer focus are highly valued. Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless end-to-end experience — from order processing through to coordination of delivery and issue resolution.
This is a process-driven environment with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and accountability. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are managed accurately and efficiently, while building trusted relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to add further value.
