How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?
We are looking for a Business Partner for the Quality, Environment and Sustainability team to support the Australian Advisory part of our business and be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney. Your role will include:
- Support the business in driving its quality, environmental and sustainability strategy, programmes, processes, and obligations
- Promote quality and environment performance improvement and achievement of management system objectives and key performance indicators
- Undertake internal and second-party quality and environmental audits as well as attending and supporting third-party audits (e.g., ISO 9001 and 14001)
- Upskill and train employees in the use of the quality and environmental management system through coaching and mentoring

As well as experience in a similar role. Specifically:
- A background in management system process/procedures
- A strong implementation and delivery focus with a strategic outlook
- The ability to influence and draw together disparate ideas and points of view
- A relevant qualification in management system auditing would be ideal
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
