This role will drive strategic uplift, delivery excellence, and measurable improvements against NIST CSF 2.0 maturity targets.
As the Program Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end program governance, strategic alignment, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and the successful delivery of four key cyber security projects.
You will work across technical teams, business units, and executive governance groups to ensure the organisation achieves its risk reduction objectives and delivers enduring cyber resilience uplift.
Key Responsibilities Program Governance Oversight Lead overall program delivery in accordance with organisational cyber security strategy and governance frameworks.
Provide regular reporting to steering groups and committees on status, risks, dependencies, and progress.
Ensure alignment with PMO standards and organisational risk appetite.
Strategic Alignment Planning Align program outcomes with corporate risk appetite and strategic priorities.
Integrate NIST CSF 2.0 maturity targets into planning and track measurable uplift.
Drive the roadmap to reduce residual cyber risk from HIGH to MEDIUM/LOW.
Budget Resource Management Manage a large investment across *********, balancing CapEx and OpEx.
Allocate resources effectively across internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
Program Delivery Coordination Lead delivery across four major cyber security projects: Secure Endpoints (Application Control) Managed Privileged Accounts (PAM) Secure Remote Working (SASE) Secure Data (DLP) Coordinate work across 10 strategic pillars, ensuring alignment and dependency management.
Risk Compliance Management Identify, monitor, and mitigate program-level risks including scope, financial, and vendor risks.
Ensure compliance with organisational risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement Communication Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies.
Deliver clear, concise reporting on progress, risk posture, and maturity uplift.
Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement Ensure deliverables meet ACSC Essential Eight, CIS benchmarks, and enterprise cyber security standards.
Oversee post-implementation reviews and transition into BAU operations.
Vendor Partner Management Manage outcomes-based engagements with external vendors and partners.
Conduct vendor security posture reviews and ensure SLA compliance and effective onboarding/offboarding processes.
