Key Responsibilities:
* Lead surgeon onboarding and training for robotic-assisted hip and knee procedures.
* Deliver high-level education and upskilling for clinical specialists and sales teams.
* Provide in-theatre support to build confidence and ensure flawless execution of robotic cases.
* Influence utilisation and coach users through adoption milestones.
* Act as the technical authority on workflows, system optimisation and best practice.
* Train and develop both clinical and sales team members to become technical experts with the portfolio.
Requirements:
* Already hands-on with an orthopaedic robot (clinical or commercial backgrounds welcome).
* Deeply knowledgeable in joint replacement—particularly hip and knee.
* A natural educator who thrives in theatre, handling complex technology with ease.
* Commercially minded, comfortable influencing utilisation and driving adoption.
