**This Role**:
**Responsibilities are varied; however, you'll support the team to**:
- Prepare reference Design schemes/masterplan and yield assessments for acquisition feasibility or briefing purposes.- Contribute to the project scope, design and delivery to achieve the project vision.- Assist in design consultant selection, briefing and engagement.- Undertake project design reviews for compliance with brief, benchmark specifications and minimum standards and valuation creation.- Management of internal/ external stakeholders and deliverables.- Develop strategic initiatives to scale, manage and guide design outcomes and ESG target delivery.- Research and analysis.- Support the delivery of programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved.- Monitor the market and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position.- Participate in a team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange and business outcomes.
