**About the Role**
The Corporate People & Capability Manager works across the corporate business in Justice and Immigration, providing an informed, professional and efficient service on all aspects of people & capability management and strategy. This role guarantees the delivery of people services in the Corporate business in Justice and Immigration in alignment with divisional and group people strategies, plans, policies, procedures, processes, and systems. It leads key ASPAC driven projects and initiatives such as Employee Engagement, Annual REM Review and Business Risk Audits across Justice and Immigration.

To be successful you will have_**
- Tertiary qualification in human resource management or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to develop key partnerships within the business to deliver P&C strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and analyse people issues and provide advice on process improvement.
- Generalist HR background working across the employment lifecycle with sound knowledge HR specialisms i.e. Reward, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, OD, L&D and Employee/Industrial Relations
- Evidence of delivering change in complex and demanding environments.
