The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Assembly & Hydraulic Technician/ Trainee to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This hands-on role involves working across machinery assembly, hydraulics, and general mechanical tasks.
Experience is not required – we hire for attitude and potential and provide full on-the-job training for the right person.
What You'll Do
* Assemble and fit parts and components for agricultural machinery
* Work with hydraulic and mechanical systems
* Follow production instructions
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve with support from experienced techs
