About the Role
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Projects Division and take ownership of residential projects from quotation and planning through to delivery and completion.
This role is suited to a confident and capable candidate with solid experience in managing trades, timelines, budgets and client expectations. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, working closely with internal teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and commercially sound residential project quotes, including scope review, inclusions/exclusions, allowances and margin considerations
* Plan, coordinate and supervise awarded projects from handover through to completion
* Develop and manage project programmes, including mobilisation planning and resource coordination
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality, safety and programme adherence
* Monitor budgets, timelines, quality and safety outcomes through regular site oversight and reporting
* Identify, manage and price variations, scope changes and project risks
* Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements, NCC, Australian Standards and permit conditions
* Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and close-out records
Required Skills and Experience
* 5+ years' experience in residential construction and/or trades, ideally delivering residential renovation and construction projects
* Proven experience in estimating and residential project supervision
* Strong ability to interpret plans, drawings and specifications
* Solid commercial awareness with experience in cost control and margin management
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate subcontractors and site activities
* Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
* Sound working knowledge of WHS requirements
* Current White Card (supervisory experience highly regarded)
