**Role Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be required to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers via phone, email, or other channels.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
* Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our products and services to customers.



Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools.
