Administrative Support Specialist
The role of Administrative Support Specialist is a critical position in our organization, requiring an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to assist our legal team.
We are seeking a self-motivated candidate who can work independently and as part of a team, providing administrative support to our lawyers and clients.
The successful applicant will be proactive in their work, working in partnership with colleagues and clients from a strengths-based perspective.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Assisting clients with intake processes, including completing forms and sourcing required documents;
* Supporting the team with general administration duties, such as answering the telephone and greeting clients;
* Facilitating access to our services and assisting clients and lawyers during advice clinics and outreach visits.

* Providing high-quality administrative support to the legal team, including preparing documents and files;
