This successful rehabilitation provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist contractor to take on assessment and case management work within the workplace rehabilitation sector. Your clients will be referred through Workers Compensation and CTP schemes. Receive a thorough induction and all relevant supports to see you succeed in a contracting capacity. Assessment only is available.
As a contract Occupational Therapists, you will have a desire to help clients return to health and work. This role will see you travel into the local community to carry out assessments & deliver services to your clients.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Activities of daily living Assessments and other OT specific Assessments
* Liaison with key stakeholders
* Completion of high-level written reporting
* Case Management services are desired.
Requirements:
* Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency)
* Previous occupational rehabilitation experience - Minimum of 3 years
* The ability to work effectively on an independent basis
* Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills
* ACN & Professional Indemnity insurance (or willingness to gain).
* Current driver's licence and your own reliable car
* Your own laptop and other tools
