Management role - liaising with local and offshore team

Reporting into the FC of this Aussie construction business, this role is responsible for managing the end to end payroll for the company.
Managing a local + offshore team, you'll drive & oversee payroll processing, reporting, admin, compliance, legislation, payroll accounting and PAYG for circa 2000 employees.
You will also respond to any payroll related queries and be involved in ad hoc projects and process improvement from time to time.
You're an experienced payroll professional, with a stable work history, full function Australian payroll experience (5+ years) and excellent communication skills.
Finally you'll have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethic.
