Clinical Care Leader
We seek a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Care Leader to join our values-led clinical team in a full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
* This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants, developing and reviewing individualised care plans, collaborating with families, doctors, and allied health professionals, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* A sound understanding of aged care standards and documentation requirements
* Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
* A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
* A national police check (or willingness to obtain)
* An NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
