* Distribution/collection of customer menus, food trays, beverages as well as basic food preparation
* Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and food areas;
* Providing fast, friendly and exceptional customer service;
* Display a strong level of team commitment whilst also having the ability to work autonomously where required;
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be working within a 7-day rotating roster, requiring flexibility and a 'can do' attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Previous experience assisting in all aspects of kitchen operations, food preparation and service provision in a healthcare or similar environment.
2. Food Safety Certificate and practical application of executing food standards in a Healthcare setting (desirable)
3. Availability to work a rotating roster including days, evenings, public holidays and weekends (essential)
4. Evidence of current Hepatitis B immunity (or the ability to obtain necessary vaccinations unless medically exempt)
