Through personalised rehabilitation, we ensure every person feels empowered and supported throughout their journey back to the workplace. The role is based in Kotara, NSW, with full-time or part-time options.
Responsibilities
* Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases and provide health coaching, career coaching and return-to-work support
* Perform vocational assessments in-person and virtually
* Create employer networks within NSW
* Utilise award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve great outcomes
Qualifications
* Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology or Psychology
* Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA
* Experience in a similar role within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector is highly desirable but not required
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills with the ability to establish and sustain stakeholder relationships
* Strong attention to detail and a results-focused approach
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
* Ability to research and prepare data for reporting
* Ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency
* Current Australian driver's licence and access to vehicle
* Police clearance and Working with Children Check
