Job Description
* Be responsible for leading, developing and implementing a Process Optimisation capability which takes a value stream, end to end view.
* Build, implement and execute appropriate process frameworks to understand current state and drive process optimisation.
* Evaluate key processes and end to end process re-engineering in line with business priorities and strategy.
* Prioritise key process areas for optimisation in collaboration with business stakeholders.

* Proven track record of using project methodologies and business analysis approaches to implement process improvement initiatives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
